Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, grainy and moderate hoppy - grass and citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 191214

22 oz bomber courtesy of bvc. The pour is mostly clear yellow golden, with a three inch white head that falls rocky with a noisy crackling bubbles. The aroma is bready hay, cracker, light citrus, some herbal yeast character in the back. Soft, integrated and fresh. The taste is the bready malt, hay grass, herbal light lemon, finishes some more herbal sweet yeast spice. The palate is medium to light bodied, lower carbonation, lingering herbal. Overall, a tasty beer, though I would have liked a bit more crispness to the flavor and finish. Thanks Brandon.
