Made with ample amounts of Nelson Sauvin hops and Cabernet Sauvignon must, Boysenberry puree, and a wee bit of lactose. Soured with Lacto and pedio cultures, aged in a wine barrel that previously held Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc wines, and secondary fermented with EXTREME Black Cherry Warheads.
