Caravela is our interpretation of a Kölsch style ale. Named after the highly manuevarable Portuguese Caravel exploring ships; Caravela is intended to be light, crisp, and easy drinking. Brewed with Pilsner malt to impart a light breadiness, and Noble hops for a slight bitterness. Caravela was fermented with a German yeast strain, and conditioned at lower temperatures to create an ultra smooth finish. At a crushable 5.5% ABV, Caravela is the perfect beer to take on your next adventure.

Bottle from the source. Brilliantly clear deep golden bordering on amber with a decent sized bubbly white head that persists. Brady toasty maltiness with bits of fruit and a little too much apple. Not horrible but needs a little cleaning up.
