On tap at puff & stuff in robinson, thanks aris! A very dark brew. Mild roasty aroma. First taste is mild & easy. Tasty mild stout. Can't really pick out the coffee in this one. You'd never know this was near 6%, it hides its alky very nicely. Not bad! Decent co2 also! Probably should be styled as a sweet stout. Gentle finish, pleasantly surprised!

This beer won a medal at GABF - I can only assume that the brewers blew each of the judges. +++ Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a black color with a large foamy beige head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was dry, bitter, roasty and woody. The flavor was dry, bitter, roasty and woody with floral hops and a bit of smoke. Long dry, bitter, roasty and woody finish. Medium body. Meh.
