Pinkish yellow. Mild sweet perfume aroma. Comes across initially with a sharper bite on the tongue. Yes, sweetness as well. Can’t really find the beets in this unless its the sweetness. Decent co2. That sharp bite is a distraction in the end, but overall, not bad.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a pink-orange color with a large soapy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was sweet with almost strawberry, slight bitterness and fairly strong beets. The flavor was sweet with perfume, sugar, beets and almost vague berries. Long sweet finish. Medium body. Interesting.
