Tap @ the source. This beer started off with a fresh sweet perfumy non-artificial nose, made my mouth water. Pale with a tad of reddish orange in there. I could only wish all saisons had the flavor attributes of this beer but more likely this should be labeled a wild sour brew. Nice head in this. Yes, this is a wild beer, you can tell its tart from the start. It hides the alky so well. Its wild tart attributes make this a winner in my book. Mild attitude and fun, easy and fresh. Tingling sensations abound. Great stuff. THIS BEER ROCKS. Yummy for my tummy. Not sure if I detect the cucmber but that crab apple really does it for me. Mild lovely tart beer all the way to the last drop. Great!

The only beer of the trip that I actually liked. +++ Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a caramel color with a medium sized foamy white head that faded an left minimal lacing. The aroma was sour with cucumber and apple notes. The flavor was strong cucumber, vinegar, melon and apple. Long cucumber finish. Medium body. Interesting.
