I like tart brews and this is one tart saison. Pale clear with an orange tint. Aroma is fairly tart with a hint of ketchup. First taste is quite unique, even for a wild brew. A tart slightly wild brew effects with a backbone of mild fruit. This stuff is really good, best beer so far at Butler. Hides the alky so well, you better be careful. This beer really ROCKS! So good, I could drink many of these. One last observation tho; should be styled as a wild sour rather than a saison.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a slightly cloudy honey caramel color with a medium sized foamy white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was tart and sour with vinegar and citrus. The flavor was tart, astringent, a bit chalky and had notes of citrus and tea. Long finish. Medium body. Meh.
