Not a fan of rye IPA so take this with a grain of salt (no pun intended). Slight hop perfume aroma. Darker pale like light iced tea. Taste is as expected, terribly on style for this genre of brew. Big bitter rye IPA effects. Big long on style rude finish as well. If you like this style, you must try it, you’ll like it. I must say tho, in the end it comes across as one of the freshest rye beers I’ve had lately. Mouth coating long lasting bitter rye IPA finish.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a murky tan-brown color with a small foamy off white head that left good lacing. The aroma was bitter with rough fruity hops. The flavor was bitter, spicy and a bit harsh with rough fruity and earthy hops. Logn rough hoppy finish. Medium body. Meh.
