Tap @ source. Big foamy head. Slight slaggy nose. Taste of hay initially, then some bitter bite sets in. Yes, a slight astringent feel to this one like the #9. Overall fairly medium alky brew with decent co2.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a dark copper color with a medium sized foamy orange-tan head that left excellent lacing. The aroma was butterscotch and a bit of fruity hops. The flavor was strong butterscotch, a bit of sour caramel and fruity hops. Medium length finish. Medium body. Pretty awful.
