Sampled on draft this beer poured a hazy yellow color with a medium sized foamy white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was salty, lactic and tart with a lemon presence. The flavor was salty, tart, lactic and a bit yeasty with a strong lemon element. Very long finish. Medium body. Well done.
