Bottle from Yamaoka. Fruity citrus nose, yuzu, wheat, somewhat spicy. Clear medium gold with a low, thick head. Fruity, citrusy, dry, crackers, spicy yeast. Very light and crisp, medium carbonation. Wheat comes out nicely. Mild to medium bitterness. Decent but seems the fermentation is not quite right yet.
