Can. Bready, crackery malt, lightly toasty, with herbal, lemony hop. Slightly more lemony than I expect in Munich, but lovely soft malt and soft hops. Medium gold, clear, with a medium head. Again soft malt, bready. Hop complexity more than usual for a helles. Seems to have some Munich malt, as it is pretty full in body. Quite lemony. Bitterness also relatively high--far too bitter, actually, almost astringent. Body is lovely. All-in-all a great lager, though the hopping is very aggressive for a helles.
