Pours a clear dark amber color ,topped with small whit head. Malty aroma, some caramely notes can be felt. The taste is sweet and malty. No real bitterness. Not bad, but nothing special.

330ml bottle. Clear dark amber to pale brown colour with small to average, frothy, rapidly diminishing, off-white head. Cautious dark malty aroma with a diluted touch of malt lozenge. Taste is minimally sweet malty, minimally metallic, a dark malty touch of malt lozenge, strawy finish; slightly watery. Has the character of a sweetened and dyed Helles with just a mingy dark malt addition.

0,33 l bottle bought at Bierzwerg. Dark amber in the glass, light tanned head. Malt with a light sweetness on the nose. Starts malty, light roasted, more sweet. In the aftertaste a litte bit more roasted grainy elements. But not too much. An easy to drink beer.

Thanks to kevnic2008 for that bottle. Looks really good, I like it. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, modest spicy, mild hoppy notes, some hints of caramel. Finish well balanced, quite drinkable. Not bad!

Milder, etwas trockener dunkler Malzantrunk. Frisch, leichte Süße. Etwas wässrig im Mittelteil, die Malzigkeit nimmt ab, bleibt aber das stärkste Aroma. Mild herber und getreidig malziger Abgang. 7/9/9/8/8/8

Bottle: Light amber to copper coloured, clear, not very "dunkel", small, but lacy off-white head; light, but dominant roast-malty aromas over a light herbal-hoppy background; dryish bitter-sweet flavour, a bit fizzy, light to medium bodied; bitter chocolate in the malty finish. Not a very typical Dunkel, but still decent..........
