今回のWAIT AND HOPEは、トロピカルフルーツのような味わいを持つMosaic、柑橘のような味わいをもつSimcoeをメインに使用し、それぞれホップの味わいを存分に楽しめるよう贅沢に使用しています。
トップノートにはパイナップルを思わせるトロピカルフルーツ感。口に含むと、グレープフルーツのような柑橘の味わいが追いかけてやってきます。ボディには麦芽の風味がしっかりと感じられ、ホップの味わいにバランスしています。アルコール度数は5.5%と心地よく、杯を重ねて楽しみたくなる仕上がりです。

This “WAIT AND HOPE” we have used Mosaic for its tropical fruit flavors and Simcoe for its citrus flavors. The top note is tropical fruitiness reminiscent of pineapple, and citrus flavors such as grapefruit are present. The body is full of maltiness, which balances out the hop flavors. The ABV is a pleasant 5.5%, making this a beer that you want to enjoy over and over again.

Tap at Takumiya. Bright gold, clear, with lace. Bright hop nose, citrus, minerals, stone fruits, tropical fruit, honey malts. Sweet and fruity, malty, honey, orange, mango, sweet plums. rich and silky body. Great fruit but slightly too sweet.
