Bottle. Subtje citrus, crisp pils malts, it almost tastes like some tart wheat but according to ingredients there’s only barley, quite grassy, lime zest. Under medium sweet, light bitter and sour. Not sure where the sourness comes from, but it works.

hazy pale yellow colour, moderate sized white head; aroma of sweat, cardboard, metallic notes, some fruitiness and bread;taste is the same - I’m not impressed at all

Bottle from Saveur Biere. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light herbal. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. High carbonation. 191016

Bottle from somewhere in France. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is skunky malt, light hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light watery yeast, hop citrus palate. Light bodied with lively carbonation.

Bottle @ First Official Randers Tasting. Pours hazy orangeish amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, wth touches of caramel and dust and hints of hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with grainy notes and touches of malt and subtle hints of fruit. Bitter and slightly vinous aftertaste. Better than the non-bio ambrée version but nothing mind-blowing.

Aroma is moderate malty, sweet fruit, pale malt, fruity, light herbs. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet fruit, light herbs. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141122]
