[5/3/14] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. 3rd session. Cloudy reddish brown. Lovely aroma, sourish, oaky, musty, cellary, with some cherries. Great sour flavor with a light sweetish caramelly touch, nice cherries/berries fruitiness and a slightly bitter finish. Medium-bodied.

Aroma has sugary tones, some apricot and dried meat. Flavour is really tart and dry with some woody tones and urinal. Some grapefruit and citrus too. Unusual and rather far from Rodenbach. Not the most typical sour red.

Keg at King William IV during Bunny Basher 2014 - London. Pours hazy, golden-brown with a tight, thick creamy head. The nose holds lots of tangy berries, pits and skins, faint metal. Light sweet flavor with moderate acidity, hints of ketchup, tannic berry skins, light metallic bite. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Fairly bitter to finish with a good bit of grass, more berry skins, some wood, light bread, cranberry. OK.
