Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Brekeriet Trigo ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to light heavy yeasty, citrus, leather, tart fruit, grape - apple. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, dry, tart fruit, peach, citrus, saison yeast, fruity, barnyard, pineapple. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft - fizzy. [20141121]

Keg at Olrepubliken, Goteborg, 21/03/14. Murky golden yellow with moderate off white spotting. Nose is citric rind, brett forward, apple skin, vanilla custard, tarte fruit notes. Taste comprises tarte orchard fruit, lemon rind, bretty pangs, musty, more vanilla, melon, white grapes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, lightly tartened fruit in a crisp finale. Decent mellow sour, not too complex but very drinkable.

Draught @ The Rover. Pours tiny hazy pale golden with a huge creamy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick creamy lacing on the glass. Smell is tiny sour, fruity and funky with wheat crackers, lemon juice, cloves, mango, pineapple, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns, leather, barnyard, grapefruit juice and hints of manure. Taste is slightly bitter and spicy with wheat crackers, lemon juice, cloves, banana bread, sheet metal, hay, coriander, pepper corns, dry wood, dry soil, barnyard, leather, moist hay, chalk, overripe tropical fruits, lemon zest, band aids and hints of aftershave. Mouthfeel is dry, tiny tart, spicy astringent and light bodied. Finish is bitter and phenolic with wheat crackers, banana bread, coriander, cloves, pepper corns, dry wood, hay, unripe pears, sheet metal, band aids, chalk, barnyard and dry soil. Smells great but taste is a phenolic estery mess I’m afraid.

Bottle. Hazy hay yellow liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of barnyard, earth, sulphur, horseblanket, light bread and wheat. Taste is dry and light bitter with notes of wheat, barnyard and light bread. Light to medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Quite nice, weird aroma with lots of brett.

Draft @ Hamnmästaren, Malmö. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity weak tart citrus aroma. Fruity wheat malty spicy weak bretty citrus flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty weak bretty citrus finish.

På fat. En frisk veteöl med smak och doft av vete, citusfrukter, äpple, hö och gräs. Torr och med stor juicekänsla. Tack och lov så saknas banansmaken. Lätt kolsyrad och lätt beska.

On cask at Bishops Arms, Copenhagen during CBC 2013. Hazy golden with a minimal white head. Mild aroma and taste of brett, citrus, wheat and green apples. The finish was dry. An ok one.

Draft. An unclear yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of wheat, cloves, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, bananas, straw, and yeast, leading to a dry finish.
