(Bottle, 0.33 l - BBE 7/14, at Vagabund, Berlin, 20140419) The beer poured dark reddish brown and almost clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had lots of butter, fruity hops and some maltiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were hops, sweetness, caramel, malts, butter and bitterness. Aftertaste had butter, sweetness and bitterness. The combination of aromatic hops and diacetyl didn’t work at all.

Bottle. Murky orange brown with an off white head. Aroma is tropical fruit. Flavour is hoppy, fruity on a chewy oat base. Finish is lightly bitter. Unusual texture, interesting stuff
