Shared at the August 2024 PS tasting, 8/17/24. Hazy yellow, thin white head, average retention. Aroma of yeast, clove, brown bread. Taste is yeast, stone fruit, citrus, clove. Long aftertaste.

(Tap) slightly hazy, yellow color with a small white head; aroma of honey, candy sugar; cloves, allspice; balanced of our with a long, light bitter sweet finish. Really tasty!

Pour is a cloudy gold with a large white head. Aroma is light spice and a odd grain. Flavor is more of the off grain, which I guess is the spelt. Finish is a little smoky and chewy grain heavy. Not a lot of yeast this had a grainy chewy mouthfeel to it.
