Goddamn, this is a perfect beer. Never heard of a Kaves, a historic style from a town between Brussels and Antwerp, but "Belgian Multigrainwine" is a decent descriptor. Sweet malts, smooth grainy, low hop presence, expressive Belgian yeast. 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️

Keg at the brewery with Adam D. at the GTMW pre-parties, 8/9/24. Hazy amber, medium white head, average retention. Aroma of candi sugar, pale malt, cotton candy. Taste is bready malt, vinous notes, pale malt, candi sugar. Well balanced.
