Taster at the COS location. Pours a clear, amber color, with a fair, bubbly, off-white head. The aroma is cardamom, pine sap, heavy elderflower, and rose. Sweet and malty, with a heavy, resinous bitterness. Medium body, slick, and syrupy. Pretty nice, assertive DIPA.
