Keg at the brewery, 9/11/23. Black, medium tan head, average retention. Aroma of grapefruit, pine, roasted malt. Taste is roast, pine, chocolate, coffee, grapefruit, tropical fruit. Lingering bitterness. New brewery! Brewery # 2226, USA # 1823, Washington # 29.
