Enter our imperial milk stout, aged even longer in a mix of Bourbon and Oregon whiskey barrels. This is one of our favorite beers. It has a huge body with distinct notes of grape candy, eggnog, and chocolate syrup. It is the perfect foil to the other stout’s bitter and roasty spikes.
The finished blend showcases a wonderfully clean rye whiskey expression as well. It is lightly floral and fruity with a distinct peppery-grainy note. We hope you enjoy this twist on a classic whiskey-barrel aged imperial stout and that the nuances of the blend shine through as you dig into a bottle or snifter!

(Bottle) clear, bright, very dark brown colour with a small brown head; aroma of chocolate liqueur, cocoa, oily palate; rich, balanced flavour with a long, light bitter sweet finish

Bottle. Expy is my favorite beer of all time. Pours a pitch black hue, a medium beige head that dies down. A big sugary nose, cocoa, big ashy barrel. Rich, chocolate cake, sweet bourbon, cherries, luscious. The treatment ends up with a much sweeter beer than Expy, but damn awesome. No heat. Lovely big beer.

Bomber - black pour with a creamy tan lace - warm, but not overpoweringly boozy aroma - subdued but robust whiskey and oak, red wine, brown sugar - creamy texture, full body - really balanced between moderate sweetness and acidity - whiskey compliments, but does not overpower the malt character, which brings chocolate, coffee, light umami notes - tail end brings oak and moderate tart cherry and red wine tannins - really thoughtfully blended - it’s great!
