Cask days 2011.
Light hops, citrus, but more resinous, piney. Light toasty malt, a little grainy. Dry finish, decent hoping, light bitterness. Would be a great session ale.

Caramelised malt and grass aroma. Taste of malt and grassy hops, quite fruity (citrus fruits and tropical fruits), bitterness, and long lasting grassy-fruity aftertaste.

Bottle from the Lcbo. Fairly unassuming beer. A touch of sweetness to some straightforward hay malts. The hops is notable but light, comes off green and fresh, a little resin, a touch bitter. Quaffable but I wouldn't go out of the way to have it.

On tap at Bdin lfestival. Pours a hazy amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma of apricot, caramel, pine and diacetyl. Flavour of pine, grass and grapefruit. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a medium bitterness. Hoppy with a nice flavour. Too bad with the diacetyl.

Clear pale blond beer, small irregular off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: bit yeasty, spicy touch, malts, hoppy. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet and malty up front, fruity touch, soft bitterness, some citrus, bit hoppy. Ok, but not great. Probably aged too much.

Good light-yellowish head, pitting in over lively carbonated copperish golden beer. Excellent grapey hops, however a bit volatile. Caramel traceable; slightly dusty. Bitter-fruity, citrus, bitter melon, pineapple, orangepeel. Finish shows some rosewater, but never actually sweet; Quite well-carbonated; slick. Refreshing quality. Like it - outstanding in its category.
