We created this beer for Portland's local SheBrew festival in collaboration with Imperial Yeast. Our brewer Morgan designed this wit to be an easy drinker with plenty of flavor. We toasted and ground whole green cardamom to add a spicy citrus note, and conditioned the beer on hibiscus flowers to bring out a beautiful pink color and bright fresh flavor. We are proud supporters of the SheBrew event and what it stands for, and equally proud to present you with this lovely creation from Morgan!
