Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, sweet malt, fruity, dried fruit. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, dry fruit, candy, sweet malt, dried fruit. Bottle, 22oz. 8.7% ABV, as Scotch Ale. It’s topped by a small, dense, off-white to light beige head over a hazy, dark amber colored body with microfloaties. Belgian-style sweetish aroma with toffee and some white sugar and fruityness. Sweet flavor with caramel, some dried fruits and a touch of cellar. Some alcohol and bitternes. Pleasant carbonation, full body. Lasting finish. Nice this one, malty and rich. 141024
