Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, spicy, ginger, light hay. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, spicy, ginger, pale malt. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20141025]

Bottle at Dia’legd clear dark orange smooth creamy white head. Aroma of ginger and malts. Flavor is malts mild sweet herbal note flowers quite tasty although slightly herbal very faint floral or honey note

Bottle. More or less clear body, golden in color and with a small, white head. The aroma has a pleasant ginger touch, but the pilsner in the back is too grainy and hayish. A nice bitterness kicks in in the flavor, the ginger is at a nice level, but as for the aroma, the pilsner impact is too obvious and not as pleasant as I would like it to be. Medium body, soft carbonation, quite dry on the palate. A decent ginger beer, I just wish the base beer were more interesting. 141025

33 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is ginger, citric, toasted malty. Butterish. Toasted malty, mild butterish. Toasted and caramelish. Bitter and dry ginger finish.
