33 cl bottle purchased at the brewery. Clear, golden colour with a fast fading white head. Sweet aroma with ginger, pale malts and grasses. Taste is sweet. Medium body with a slick texture and a flat carbonation. Finishes dry with grasses and ginger. Kind of nice and fresh. More beer-ish than most ginger beers.

Clear golden color with a white head. Some lacing. Ok intensity in the aroma. Pleasant ginger.Medium body and an average carbonation level. Balanced sweetness and bitterness. Caramel malty and a fine ginger profile in the flavor. Ok refreshing ale.

Medium offwhite head. Yellow body with strong carbonation. Strong straw and ginger aroma with liver-like notes. Dry-sweet mealy dusty papery taste with ginger and herb notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish papery gingery aftertaste with strawy mealy notes. It’s OK, but too papery and not enough ginger or anything. (0.33l bottle, forget where from.)

Bottle. Pours nearly clear light amber with very small white head. Clear aroma of yeast and bread, with notes of malt and subtle touches of fruit. Sweetish flavour of malt and bread with a lot of metal and ginger. Watery. Dia and estery aftertaste. Burning hints. Bad. It seems the brewery has a basic recipe for crap beer, which it adjusts slightly with each new brew. Today a handful of chilli, tomorrow a pinch of ginger, and the like. Jesus in heaven, why don’t they stop brewing?!

Bottle @ Refsvindinge. Pours clear yellow with a white head. Dishwasher, citrus and massive ginger. Paperbag and grains beneath. Thin. Any faults are covered by the Ginger - luckily enough.
