Brewed with special Nelson Sauvin Hops from New Zealand. This variety provides a wine like fruitiness that pairs beautifully with the esters of the Belgian yeast. The finish is dry with some peppery spice. A great alternative to white wine.

Keg at the brewery. Clouded orange coloured pour with a big rocky frothy head. Aroma is big nelson sauvin grape fruit and tropical fruits grapefruit. Flavour is clean cereal wheat and bread with fruity nelson sauvin. Solid clean bitrerness . really good example of the hop that I usually donโt enjoy.
