Good neighbors have the best candy at Halloween and good business neighbors support you when you open a craft brewery. The Theodore has supported us from day 1! We were so excited to brew a chocolate bar inspired stout for our grand opening and their three year anniversary. We brewed a most decadent stout base and then added Nicaraguan cacao nibs from Zaks Chocolate, vanilla and coconut for a Halloween treat. 10/30 only- Add a pumpkin cloud! (Tap) clear, bright, very dark brown colour with a medium tall brown head; rich aroma of milk chocolate; balanced flavour with a long, strong bitter sweet finish

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours near black with a brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of coconut and chocolate with dark grains, roasted malt and some vanilla coming through. Flavor starts with coconut and chocolate, has a light pumpkin note and roasted malts, dark grains and a growing vanilla supporting.
