Our dependable barrel-aged Scottish, but this year aged in Peated Scotch Barrels from Boulder Spirits in Colorado. Aged through the Winter of 2024 and Spring of 2025, this beer packs a smooth bourbon and butterscotch aroma, and this year adds just the right amount of peat smoke in the aftertaste. Full bodied and malt forward with a slightly-sweet finish and very low bitterness.

Draught at source: pours dark amber with beige head. Aroma is scotch, some smoke, light booze. Taste is sweetish, peaty. Pretty solid.
