This beer is the result of a collaboration between Les Brasseurs du Grand Paris and Brasserie Outland, an American style amber ale loaded with Cascade and Centennial hops added in the whirlpool and post fermentation for a maximum of flavor and a minimum of bitterness.

Bottle 330ml. @ Assentoft tasting by Hansen - Zita. [ As Ligne 3 ].ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium amber orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, nutty, light leather - brett. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, nutty, caramel, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141122]

Bottle. Creamy White excellent fully lasting head. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Dry and nutty notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Assentoft tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are fruits, flowers, caramel, toasted malt and hops. Nice and easy drinkable.
