This fresh DIPA gets a boost from Phantasm -- the elusive sauv-blanc-derived, thiol-rich powder said to enhance citrusy hop aroma. The esteemed hop product was developed by Jos Ruffell of Garage Project, to help beer reach new heights, depths, and dimensions.

Hazy orange, large white head. Loads of citrus oil, and zest, stone fruit juice. Medium bitter, zest, semi sweet, oily, full mouth feel. Dank finish.
