Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a two finger eggshell white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: dark bready notes; light roasty tones, light notes of molasses, slight earthiness and a subtle scent of black coffee
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a sweet malty quality with a subtle coffee note further down in there; finishes dark bready and slightly earthy
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; pretty smooth along the tongue
Overall: nicely done dunkel lager I would return to.

(Tap) clear, bright, very dark brown colour with a small brown head; aroma of cereal; balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish
