Though we're not a hugely traditional bunch, we appreciate the occasional foray into styles from yesteryear. Our fresh Gose from the brewpub is a simple expression of two main elements -- acid and salt -- in a subtle, easy drinking format.

Can from the brewery. Slightly hazy yellow, with a medium white head. Aroma is soft grapefruit, light wheat, a little salinity. Mouth feel, and carb are solid. Light tart wheat finish, more subtle grapefruit, with some nice pith.
