Fonefan 300814. Brown - orange colour with a beige head. Aroma is caramel, wheat, alcohol. Flavour is caramel, wheat, alcohol, roasted malt, caramel, wheat, alcohol, dried fruits, yeast. Full body. Nice beer.

Bottle 750ml. corked @ The Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2014, TSODRBSG14. [ As Bamberg St Michael ].Unclear medium to dark brown color with a average, frothy, good to fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, wheat, moderate yeasty, hefe weizen yeast. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, hefe weizen yeast, bread, caramel, wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140830]

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering, 2014. Pours dark ruby amber with a fluffy head. Ripe fruit, chocolate, fudge and toffee. Full bodied. Sweet with a bit of cloying alcohol.

75 cl bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty, caramelish and estery fruity. Bitter, toasted and slight herbal. Dry, herbal and toasted malty. Dry and bitter finish.

Bottle, 75cl corked. It’s an unclear brown beer with a dense, beige head. The aroma has some chocolate, with roasted notes and a touch of coffee. Some oxidation notes. Some sweetness in the flavor, but it’s not sticky in any way. Coffee, chocolate and some roasted malts in the flavor, nice bitterness too. Full body, with a pleasant carbonation. Lasting finish. Quite nice this one, but it’s not much of a weizenbock. 140830

Pours hazy brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, oxidization and dried fruits. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long caramel, nutty and dried fruity finish. Body is oily, carbonation is soft. carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt, nuts, fruits, caramel and hops. Nice dry finish with notes of alcohol.
