Bottled, from Alko Vaasa. Golden colour, with small head that vanishes quite fast. Aroma is rather sweet apples along with some hints of sweet rotten apples and wood. Flavour is riped apples along with some acidicness. Wooden notes kick in in the finish. Aftertaste is sweet apples and wooden notes. Quite mouthdrying.

(Bottled at SMÖF-08)October 24, 2008Clear golden color, small frizzy white head. Slight acidic, apple, butterscotch, lactic scent. Acidic, butterscotch, apple taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Astringent almost.

Clear golden with tiny white head. Sweet aroma with apple, honey and woody notes. Sweet flavor with apple and grape notes. Ends sweet.

Bottled. A golden cider with a bubbly off-white head. The aroma is sweet apply with hints of acidity. The flavor is sweet and acidic and dominated by apples, leading to a dry woody finish. The body is a bit thin.

75 cL bottle. Pours golden yellow and clear with a bubbly white head. Acidic and light dry apple flavour and aroma. Ends light phenol apple and dry.

Bottle. Medicinal sour apple aroma. Looks like apple juice. Tart sour apple flavor - just slightly sweet. A bit on the medicinal side but has nice winelike characteristics.
