Fonefan 300814. Golden colour with some white bubbles. Aroma is apple, yeast. Flavour is dry, apple, sulphur, yeast, sugar. Ordinar cider.

Bottle 750ml. corked @ The Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2014, TSODRBSG14. [ As CCLF Cidre Écusson Bouché de Bretagne Brut ].ABV: 4.5%. Clear medium yellow color with a fizzy - virtually none, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, wood, vanilla, green apples. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet apples, vanilla, apples, wood notes, tart apple notes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20140830]

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering, 2014. Pours clear golden with small bubbles on top. Dry with a distinct woody note. Green apples. Tasty ok.

Bottle 750ml @ fonefan
Pours clear golden with a short lasting white head. Aroma has notes of red and green apples. Taste is light sweet. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is fizzy

Bottle, 75cl. A clear, golden cider, still and headless. The aroma has lots of sweet apples and apple jam, but not much else. Nice, but lacking complexity. The flavor too is on the sweet apple side, with some grass and orchard in the back. Medium body, dry and with a bit hard carbonation on the tongue. Lasting sweet apple finish. Although there’s lots of sweet apple aroma and flavor, it’s a quite dry one. Rather boring this one, but easy drinkable. 140830

Bottle, 4.5%. Clear golden with tiny white head. Aroma is apples, fruit, juice and a little apple peel. Flavour is apples, apple peel, medium sweet, juice, little dry and a little wood.
