Disco started life as a single red wine barrel full of mature and lightly sour farmhouse ale. We added modest amounts of raspberry and dark cherry purée and allowed the beer to referment to dryness. The result is pretty charming and we hope it makes you dance.

(cask) hazy, bright red colour with a medium tall pink head; aroma of sourness, fruit; sour flavour with a long, medium sour finish
