Bottle 750ml. corked. [ As La Ferme du Lavoir Cidre Doux ].Sparkling, clear matt medium orange yellow color with a quick, average, frothy - fizzy, good - fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, barnyard, wood, wrinkled apples. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, sweet apples, barnyard. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20140930]

Bottle @ Johns. Pours yellow with a fading white head, lively bubbles. Aroma of apples, barn, wood. Flavor is apples, wood, barn, sulphur. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation. 300914

Bottle, 3.5%. Slightly hazy yellow with tiny head. Aroma is apples, fruit, little sulfur, little apple peel and a little barnyard. Flavour is apple, fruit, medium sweet, little sulfur, little wood, little dry and a little apple peel.

Bottle. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich apples, shed, wood, fruits and has a nice sweet finish.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Clear light golden without head. Aroma is sweet, red apples, light wood and sulphur. Flavor is medium sweet. Light dry finish. Highish carbonation. 300914
