Created to showcase the prowess of a single hop per batch, our Monogamy IPA series has been an integral part of Bellwoods for almost a decade. More recently we decided to shine a light on the tropically-inspired New Zealand hop varieties, which is also when we learned that Kiwi birds mate with one partner for life! The rest, as the old story goes, is ˜HiStOrY˜.

This is the final edition of our Monogamy series using hops from New Zealand, and was brewed with Wakatu hops and has notes of candied cherries, dried mangoes and white chocolate.
