“Pineapple Cat” is our second collaboration brew with the talented Taiwanese artist Miss Yi Chen Z, and it is one of a kind. It is a beer brewed with wild yeast (Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus) and wild pineapples grown in Taiwan. Don’t get scared by her name because this little fellow is far from a wild one. It is light-bodied with sweet and tart flavors from ripen pineapples and is super tasty and drinkable. Grab a bottle while you still can because we are not sure when she will be gone.
