330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Fruity, malty aroma, notes of yellow stone fruit, apricot, peach etc. Taste is minimally sweet, fruity, apricot and other yellow stone fruit again; very mouthfilling, mushy texture.

Commissioned spelt beer with Orval yeast and Amarillo hops, basically the non-organic version of their Green Buzz. Thick and somewhat rocky, pale yellowish white, moussy, stable head, hazy peach blonde colour near to amber with tiny yeast particles floating around. Aroma of bread, orange peel, pear, sourish graininess (spelt!), dried apricot, ginger powder, field flowers, pineapple and unfortunately some faint H2S (sewer water). Fruity taste, spicy notes with light wheaty sourishness from the spelt, which is also a bit herbal, caramelly and bready malts, supple, sweetish finish ending in a grassy hop bitterness. Too bad for the H2S.
