Tap at the source. Clear yellow pour, with the slightest of hazy, and a small white head. Aroma is peppery, light wheat, with soft citrus and quite bright, but I don't find any apricot. Mouth feel is crisp, carb is lively. Finish is medium bitter light stone fruit, soft sweetness, but still very bright and crisp. Very nice, and sessionable.

(Tap) cloudy bright yellow colour with a small white head; aroma of Apricot, jam; clean, tart flavour with a long, light bitter and hint of mineral finish
