Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured an almost black color with orange highlights and a medium sized foamy tan head that left good lacing. The aroma was toasty, dryish and a bit dusty with light roasty malts. The flavor was slightly bitter, toasty, a touch roasty and dryish with hints of coffee and vanilla. Medium length finish. Medium body. Solid for style.

(Tap) clear, bright, very dark brown colour with a small, brown head; aroma of roast, brown sugar; balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish
