(Tap) hazy bright reddish orange colour with a small pinkish head; aroma of funk, sourness; lightly sour flavour with short light sour finish

On tap at Beachwood and later at the brewery. Pours with a crystal clear, reddish tinted body with a white head. Aromas are floral, grainy, bready and estery. Peppery, strong chamomile, rose water, low phenols. Flavors are just south of overpowering chamomile tea (which I like, so it isn’t an issue), bready, malty, low phenol, moderate ester. Lots of tea like qualities. Light tartness. Lively bubbles, dry. Good, but the spices are a touch strong.
