Tasting at Jesper’s
Hazy amber color, with almost no head. Smell of cereals and feety cheese. Strong flavor of grainy cereals; moderate mouthfeel; some starch; quite high bitterness, and light yeast presence.
Not easy to understand.

Brown with a lasting off-white head. Malty aroma with toffee, bread and biscuit, and a touch of herbal hops. Rather dry, but full bodied malty flavour with a firm bitter finish. Excellent beer for food pairing
