Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival Cloudy copper/brown, small head. Coriander, lemon and black currant sorbet up front. Tart with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Lots of coriander, plenty of tart black currants. Low bitterness.

Appearance: Murky amber color with a thick off white head. Some lacing.
Aroma: Wheat, some spices and black curant.
Palate: Medium (+) body. Slightly sweet and an ok bitterness. Soft carbonation. Creamy texture.
Taste: Mild fruity, black currant, mild citric and herbal.
Overall impression: Yeah I liked this a lot!

Nice creamy longlasting head, very unclear dirty reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, coriander, berry skin, sour black currants, grass, soda powder, hay, citrus. Taste is slightly dry fruity, hay, berry skin, heather, grass, dark berries, minerals, soda powder, coriander. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and watery mouthfeel. Fair enough, kind of interesting though.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Austmann / Balder / Lindheim Caelum Caeruelum ].Unclear medium red amber (purple) color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white (pink - purple) head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, light moderate yeasty, yeast, berries, black currant, coriander. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, fruity - berry, black currant, wheat, light yeasty. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20141025]

0.33l bottle from #126. This is a near murky looking pink red one with a big pink head that's lasting on, and lacing as well. The nose reveals green raspberry leafs, sweet raspberries, a nice wheat thing, grass and some soap. Not bad. It's quite high on the carbonation but with those small prickling bubbles. Near watery in the mouth. In the taste I get the obvious raspberries but also a strong presence of old strawberries. Fruity black currants, it's quite low on the sweetness and its ending dry. Bottle, at Lindheim. It pours a murky pink body under a big, pinkish off-white head that lasts. The aroma is dominated by coriander and red berries, some yeast and pale malts kicking in. There’s a nice bitterness in the flavor, else it’s more or less the same as found in the aroma, coriander, red berries and blackcurrant dominating. Medium body, light carbonation. Quite dry. Well, it’s a decent beer, but it’s not a beer I’ll buy again. 140531

På Cardinal (takk til Odd Gunnar): uklar pink i utseende, både skummet og selve ølet. Kirsebær og belgisk gjær? Smaken minner ihvertfall sterkt om dette. Myk munnfylde. Bærsyre også i ettersmaken. God. Men hva er Caelum Caeruelum?? Caeruleum er iflg Wikipedia planten fjellflokk, mens caelum er stjernebildet Meiselen, som kun er synlig på den sørlige halvkule.
