50cl bottle at Café Sara, Oslo. Slightly hazy rather pale golden with a white head. Fresh, fruity and hoppy aroma with tropical fruits, grapefruits, pale malt and hints of herbs and yeast. Moderate sweet with lovely fruity flavours and a nice bitterness. Delicious debut!

Uklar lys gul farge med hvitt skum. Lukter mye av humle og grapefrukt. I smak er det også masse av grapefruktsmak, men også søt ananas. fin bitter avslutning.

Bottle. It pours an unclear pale golden body under a small white head. The aroma is a bit yeasty, with lemon notes, grapefruit and catpee and a touch of pale malts. There’s some yeast in the flavor too, but not much. Cat pee, grapefruit, some resins and a decent bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Bitter finish with grapefruit. A decent first beer. 140919

0.5l bottle from #001. This is one of those nicely clouded near glowing orange colored ones with a small but lacing white head on top. A really nice aroma on this one. Fresh hoppy and slightly grassy with hints of sweet fruits. A mild citrus hints and something that reminds me of flour. Smells quite alright I'll have to say. It most certain tastes alright also. A med oily mouthfeel on this one and it's below average and prickling on the bubbles. Peach sweet with a fair amount of hay, straw, some grains and a good grassy bite. Mild I guess you can call this, but it's to my surprise quite tasty. One of the better debuts from the Norwegian micro market. 12.09.2014
