375 mL bottle pour split. Pours a super fizzy golden color with a patchy head. Super tart white grape aroma. A lot of sour fruit flavors going on here. Has a sour cherry flavor up front, with some white graoe, melon, and mixed berry. Really sour immediately on the tongue up front. Stays tart throughout. Also finishes on a cherry note, which is very nice. It’s refreshing to see a beer that totally lives up to the hype. Great sour. Great beer. Loved it.

Bottle. An almost clear one, lightly hazy, golden in color and with a minimal sized off-white head. It’s rather berry-sourish in the aroma, wtih a generic fruityness and some lemon and funk. Barnyard. It’s semi-tart and pleasantly carbonated, medium bodied, with flavors of oranges, some lemon and physallis, and a nice funky touch. Some acetone too, but not at annoying levels. A refreshing and tasteful one, the flavor staying in the mouth for a long time. 141025
